1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using NeuralTrade ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuralTrade.
- Binary options trading must be legal in your country of residence.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NeuralTrade is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed via M-Pesa and credited within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours subject to verification. Minimum deposit: KES 100. Minimum withdrawal: KES 10000. Withdrawal fee: 2%.
5. Trading Rules
- Minimum stake: KES 10
- Maximum stake: KES 50,000
- All trades are final once placed and cannot be reversed.
- Abuse of the platform, including any form of cheating or system exploitation, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6. Bonuses
Welcome bonuses and promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses may be forfeited if terms are violated.
7. Risk Disclosure
Binary options are high-risk financial instruments. Past performance of AI predictions does not guarantee future results. NeuralTrade's AI bot is a tool, not a guarantee of profit. You trade entirely at your own risk.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering or use of proceeds from illegal activities
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
- Any form of technical manipulation of the platform
9. Limitation of Liability
NeuralTrade is not liable for any losses arising from trading activities, platform downtime, or third-party service failures (including M-Pesa).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. Funds in a terminated account will be returned after review, unless forfeited due to violations.
